What is the size of the kitchen space?

For example if you want to install new floors, a double sized kitchen is double the labor + material.

What is the scope of the kitchen renovation?

A pull and install – putting new new material like backsplash tile, countertop and kitchen cabinet while keeping same layout will be less expensive than a gut renovation involving moving walls and changing the kitchen floor plan or adding a kitchen island.

Will any plumbing or electrical need to be moved?

If lighting fixtures or plumbing fixtures are simply being swapped out but remain in the same location the cost will be less expensive.
