This project is a full higher end gut remodeling of a large bathroom involving change of walls and layout.

Our clients were a retired couple that purchased a home they wanted to be their “last home” to grow old in, and wanted to make their downstairs guest suite perfect for visiting friends and family.

We helped the client choose high-end tiles and custom vanity for this renovation.

Scope of remodeling work

Full gut demolition of the old bathroom.
Relocated walls for vanity spacing, shower layout.
Installed custom marble tile shower, floors, wainscoting around tub enclosure.
New recessed lighting and paint.
New custom vanity and custom granite counter top.

Our clients had recently moved into a new home after retiring, and wanted to do some renovation work getting their space more to their liking. This included preparing for guests to come visit and stay with them. This guest suite bathroom was outdated and poorly utilized the space available.
We helped with design, layout, and material selection including choosing clean and large earth-tone tiles to turn this guest bathroom into a beautiful new space for friends and family to enjoy!
