Home Remodeling Goals:
This was a recently purchased house, and the client wanted to do some personal touches and updating by adding new mixed glass tile and remodel the fireplace.
The client wanted to change some out of date carpentry, freshen up the paint, and add some striking new tile and lighting in the master bathroom.
Scope of Work for This home update
We updated the paint throughout the main living areas, removed dated millwork finish carpentry. With the fireplace remodel, we converted the fireplace and wrapped the surface with stone.
Below is the scope of work done:
Demolition of existing carpentry around fireplace and built in shelving.
Demolition of master bath built-in upper cabinetry, mirrors and existing granite backsplash.
Built out existing fireplace chimney and converted gas fireplace to electric unit.
Installed new custom natural ledger stone wrapping entire fireplace surround and chimney.
Updated master bathroom with full-wall mixed glass and stone mosaic tile features.
Updated main living spaces with fresh paint.

Renovation Project Workflow:
We were asked by the client to update their newly purchased house before move-in.
Collaborated with client’s designer on design, materials, and layouts chosen.
Demolition and removing all old fixtures, finishes.
Carpentry and drywall repair in master bath, stairwell, and fireplace.
After gas fireplace conversion, an expert installation of natural travertine ledger stone was applied to wrap the full surface.
Updated master bathroom wall above vanity and behind freestanding tub with custom designed layout of mixed stone and glass mosaic tile.
Installed new wall sconce light fixtures.
