Our client loved their home, but both bathrooms in the house desperately needed updating from the original 1970s construction.

While not always an easy process, with a 2-phase approach, we were able to work with them to do the complete project without moving the client out of the house for the duration of the project.

Scope of renovation work

Guest Bath Full Remodel: full gut demolition, new bath tub, drywall, one full wall tile + tile tub surround, paint, recessed lighting, vanity & quartz counter top, and tile floor.

Master Bath Full Remodel: full gut demolition, newly designed steam shower, new drywall, paint, recessed lighting, vanity & quartz countertop, tile floor and wainscot.

The client was a family of four that loved their home, location, and with kids in school, had no desire to move to a new house. Instead of trying to find a new house, they chose to bring us on to completely remodel both bathrooms to bring so new life into their home!
Both bathrooms were completely gutted to start fresh with a contemporary design employing large format tile, covering large areas of tile in both bathrooms, a redesigned layout for the master bathroom including steam features & ceiling tile in the shower.
The end result was a happy customer and two completely new bathrooms!
