7- Final Estimate:

We will send you an updated & final detailed remodeling estimate once all the materials are selected (depending on the final material cost the bid can be higher or lower than the original quote). You approve everything before we get started.

8- Final Scheduling:

We will settle on a final date to begin the on-site renovation work, taking into account the lead time for materials and your schedule to minimize the impact of the construction on your daily life.

Our availability can fluctuate throughout the year but our wait is usually 2-4 months, please use the contact form or call us to know more!

How much time does it take to renovate my kitchen or bathroom?

2-6 weeks once we are set on the design and received all the material. The time depends on the size of the space and the scope of remodeling work: if it's a gut renovation (moving walls, plumbings etc) or a pull and replace (refacing cabinet doors, changing backsplash).
