Warranty Conditions for our Industry Leading 3 years Warranty in Nashville.

TERM OF WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY – 3 YEARS
Warranty Duration: This warranty lasts for three years from the completion of the project. Any claims for defective work must be made within three years from project completion.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR WARRANTY
Quality Assurance: Tura Renovations guarantees that the work done is of good quality and meets industry standards. This means it’s up to the level expected from a skilled and professional contractor. This warranty also applies to work done by subcontractors and others working with Tura Renovations, including our remodeling crew.
 
Contract Compliance: Tura Renovations promises that the work will meet the requirements laid out in the contract, scope of work, drawings, and specifications. If any issues arise, Tura Renovations will fix or replace any defective work at our own expense. We’ll focus on repairing or replacing the specific part that has the problem. Tura Renovations shall have the option of repairing or replacing, at its election.
 
Equipment and Materials: Tura Renovations makes sure to use new and quality materials and equipment from reputable suppliers. Tura Renovations also make sure to install the materials properly. If there are any defects in the products, we will make our best effort to contact the supplier or manufacturer for a replacement.
However, Tura Renovations can’t guarantee the products themselves, as they come with their own warranties from the manufacturers. Since Tura Renovations didn’t manufacture the products used, Tura Renovations can only warrant its services and worksmanship and can’t be hold liable for design defects in products but will however lend assitance in settling any claims resulting from defects in these products.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN OUR WARRANTY
Exclusions: Our workmanship warranty doesn’t cover the following items:
  • Exclusion of owner-supplied supplies, materials, or goods.
  • Damage or defects resulting from neglecting to maintain items in good working order.
  • Exclusion of damage from various unforeseen causes, including fire, freeze, electrical melfunction or surge, lighting, earthquake, pest damage, storms, and natural disasters, acts of God, terrorism.
  • Damage from alterations, misuse, or lack of maintenance by any individual, as well as ordinary wear and tear.
  • Exclusion of damage caused by failure to follow operational instructions.
  • Items furnished, installed, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Tura Renovations are not covered.
  • Limitations regarding matching existing materials, such as stucco, drywall, and wood, due to inherent variations in texture and color.
REMEDIES
Claims Limitations:
With respect to any claim asserted by owner, it is understood there is no right to recover or request compensation for: incidental, indirect, special, consequential, secondary, or punitive damages; loss of use; diminution in value; rental costs; moving costs; delay in occupancy; construction, mortgage, loan, or line of credit interest charges; mortgage interest rate increases; lost profits or income; medical costs; damages for mental distress, aggravation, personal injury; or pain and suffering.
Owner need to let Tura Renovations know about any problems within 60 days of noticing them, and the issue must have started causing damage within the three years warranty period.
