Kitchen, Master Bathroom, Washroom & Full House Remodeling
- Full pull and plug renovation of the bathroom and the washroom.
- Part renovation of the kitchen including a layout change. We renovated the kitchen with all new appliances, more functional counter space, and a more open feel with a new island. We also kept part of the original cabinetry to save on cost.
Scope of renovation work
- Removed upper cabinets, existing flooring, peninsula cabinets, and dated ceramic tile counter tops in the kitchen.
- Full tear-out of all original bath tile, floor tile, stock cabinetry and lighting in the bathroom + washroom..
- Added new appliances, full wall tile backsplash, tile flooring, floating shelf, new windows, and painted accent wall in the kitchen.
- Added semi-custom island cabinets with butcher block countertops in the kitchen.
- Installed new custom tile in bath, partial wainscoting, and flooring in the bathroom + washroom.
- Installed new plumbing fixtures.
- New vanity, hardware, and lighting, repainted throughout the house.
Complete renovation Project workflow:
- To update the 50 year old kitchen while still maintaining the feel of a forest cabin, we left much of the original cabinetry, custom woodworking, and hardwood wall paneling intact. We also added a full wall of tile backsplash, tile floor, painting one paneled wall, new appliances, and a floating shelf worked wonders to bring this cabin kitchen into the 21st century!
- We updated the 50 years old washroom which was never updated. The client wanted a “modern” clean look. So we gave it some much-needed attention with updated handmade ceramic wall tile, modern vanity and porcelain floor tile.
- The client wanted an elegant but also budget friendly design for the master bathroom. The simple and clean fasionable Zellige wall tile from Home Depot which were great velue in the master bathroom is complemented with modern patterned floor tile and updated vanity, and the new mirror and lighting really brighten up the whole bathroom without stressing the budget.
