The client had purchased their home that included a finished ADU, but really wanted to update the unit with a contemporary black and white update to modernize the space. This project includes a full remodel with new flooring, cabinets, lighting, appliances, backsplash and countertop.
  • Removed all flooring, cabinets, lighting, and appliances.
  • Install new shaker cabinets, stainless steel appliances, pendant and under-cabinet light fixtures.
  • New paint.
  • New premium quartz countertops and custom marble subway tile backsplash.
  • New premium LVP flooring.

installation workflow:

  1. The homeowners had purchased their new house with the ADU planning ahead to move in an aging parent with some health issues. They were on a strict deadline, and we were more than happy to accommodate to get everything ready for move-in.
  2. We helped the client choose some nicer materials that would arrive quickly (including stunning black quartz countertop), easier installation, and still achieve the modern and clean look they wanted, but complete the remodeling project a bit more quickly than usual so they could move their family member in as soon as possible!

  1. Our client had a basic stock kitchen from the mid 2000s, and wanted to update the whole kitchen without fully gutting and replacing everything. We helped her maintain her budget with shaker-style cabinet refacing, new hardware and colors to bring new life into her kitchen.
  2. Replacing the original ceiling light fixture with multiple recessed lights, gold hardware and sink fixtures, and a contemporary ceramic tile selection for the backsplash added a personal touch to bring the whole kitchen together for a completely new feel. Mission accomplished!

The client bought an old cabin that desperately needed some love. We helped the client design and plan a gut renovation including new floor plan, electrics and plumbing, tiles, cabinets, windows, flooring and more. 
 
This included removing some walls and adding windows for bright, natural light to bring life into the kitchen as well as a complete redesign of the master bathroom into a wet room with custom glass mosaic floor tile designed for an artsy “dry creekbed” style .

  • Complete gut and redesign of kitchen and bath spaces.
  • Added two windows in the kitchen to bring in natural light.
  • New custom cabinets to make maximum use of space, new premium appliances, luxury custom quartz countertops, and a subtle complimentary glass backsplash.
  • Custom engineered wood flooring and new paint throughout.
  • Redesigned the bathroom for a "wet room"-style layout.
  • Installed over 150 square feet of custom pink glass wall tile and 80 square feet of custom glass mosaics throughout the bathroom floors.

Client purchased a mountain vacation cabin built 50 years ago and wanted to hire a contractor to help modernize their new home.
 
We worked with the clients to design a complete renovation on a limited budget involving:
  • Full pull and plug renovation of the bathroom and the washroom.
  • Part renovation of the kitchen including a layout change. We renovated the kitchen with all new appliances, more functional counter space, and a more open feel with a new island. We also kept part of the original cabinetry to save on cost.

Scope of renovation work

  • Removed upper cabinets, existing flooring, peninsula cabinets, and dated ceramic tile counter tops in the kitchen.
  • Full tear-out of all original bath tile, floor tile, stock cabinetry and lighting in the bathroom + washroom..
  • Added new appliances, full wall tile backsplash, tile flooring, floating shelf, new windows, and painted accent wall in the kitchen.
  • Added semi-custom island cabinets with butcher block countertops in the kitchen.
  • Installed new custom tile in bath, partial wainscoting, and flooring in the bathroom + washroom.
  • Installed new plumbing fixtures.
  • New vanity, hardware, and lighting, repainted throughout the house.

Complete renovation Project workflow:

  1. To update the 50 year old kitchen while still maintaining the feel of a forest cabin, we left much of the original cabinetry, custom woodworking, and hardwood wall paneling intact. We also added a full wall of tile backsplash, tile floor, painting one paneled wall, new appliances, and a floating shelf worked wonders to bring this cabin kitchen into the 21st century!
  2. We updated the 50 years old washroom which was never updated. The client wanted a “modern” clean look. So we gave it some much-needed attention with updated handmade ceramic wall tile, modern vanity and porcelain floor tile.
  3. The client wanted an elegant but also budget friendly design for the master bathroom. The simple and clean fasionable Zellige wall tile from Home Depot which were great velue in the master bathroom is complemented with modern patterned floor tile and updated vanity, and the new mirror and lighting really brighten up the whole bathroom without stressing the budget.

  1. Our clients had recently moved into a new home after retiring, and wanted to do some renovation work getting their space more to their liking. This included preparing for guests to come visit and stay with them. This guest suite bathroom was outdated and poorly utilized the space available.
  2. We helped with design, layout, and material selection including choosing clean and large earth-tone tiles to turn this guest bathroom into a beautiful new space for friends and family to enjoy!

This gut renovation project involves the complete redesigning of a dated bathroom layout: we created a more functional layout for our client and moved plumbing.
 
We also made a complete design change: our client wanting a clean and beautiful look with elegant marble tiles.

We changed everything from vanity to shower, only adding a small pony wall to separate the shower from the vanity space.

Our client loved their home, but both bathrooms in the house desperately needed updating from the original 1970s construction.
 
While not always an easy process, with a 2-phase approach, we were able to work with them to do the complete project without moving the client out of the house for the duration of the project.

Scope of renovation work

  • Guest Bath Full Remodel: full gut demolition, new bath tub, drywall, one full wall tile + tile tub surround, paint, recessed lighting, vanity & quartz counter top, and tile floor.
  • Master Bath Full Remodel: full gut demolition, newly designed steam shower, new drywall, paint, recessed lighting, vanity & quartz countertop, tile floor and wainscot.

  1. The client was a family of four that loved their home, location, and with kids in school, had no desire to move to a new house. Instead of trying to find a new house, they chose to bring us on to completely remodel both bathrooms to bring so new life into their home!
  2. Both bathrooms were completely gutted to start fresh with a contemporary design employing large format tile, covering large areas of tile in both bathrooms, a redesigned layout for the master bathroom including steam features & ceiling tile in the shower.
  3. The end result was a happy customer and two completely new bathrooms!
